If your new cushions or accessories aren't the perfect fit, we provide a seamless return and exchange process to ensure your listening experience remains uninterrupted.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
- 3.Pack the Cushions
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new replacement cushions within 3-5 business days.
